Stonegate Medical’s new prepaid appointment blocks, known as Care Tokens, are designed for patients who expect to need ongoing follow-up care.
Care Tokens offer greater flexibility and value for patients who require ongoing medical support, while making it easier to share access to private healthcare with friends and family.
The following options will be available:
- 5 x existing patient consultations – £475 (£95 per consultation)
- 10 x existing patient consultations – £890 upfront (£89 per consultation)
- 20 x existing patient consultations – £1,700 upfront (£85 per consultation)
As an additional benefit for purchasing 20 Care Tokens this will include 10 repeat prescriptions where clinically appropriate.
Share with Friends and Family
Following the purchase of a Care Token package, a unique Care Token code is issued to the purchaser.
The code can be shared with friends and family, allowing them to use consultations from the prepaid package when booking an appointment with Stonegate Medical. The code must be provided when the consultation is arranged.
Please note: A consultation cannot be booked using a Care Token without the unique code.
If the code cannot be found, Stonegate Medical can resend it by email to the purchaser.
Membership Changes
Stonegate Medical membership packages will no longer be available to purchase from September 2026.
Existing memberships will continue at their current price and on their current terms for the remainder of the agreed membership period.
Prescriptions and Referrals
Where clinically appropriate, the preparation of a private prescription and standard referral letter during a consultation will continue to be included without an additional Stonegate administration fee.
Please note that medication, investigations, scans, specialist consultations and other services provided by external organisations remain chargeable separately by the relevant provider.
