Silver Membership – Preventative Focus
Ideal for:
Individuals who want regular care plus a full annual health check.
Includes:
- 4 included GP appointments per year (in-person or virtual), automatically extended to 30 minutes
- Priority booking
- 1 Annual General Health Check (Worth £1020)
Includes follow-up “explainer appointment” - All test listed within the medical included

Gold Membership
– Bespoke & Comprehensive
Ideal for:
Patients seeking a fully personalised, proactive health plan.
Includes:
- 5 GP appointments included – remote or face to face, these are automatically extended to 30 minutes as a membership perk.
- 1 Annual General Health Check worth £1,020
- All Stonegate repeat prescriptions appointments fees will be waived whilst on Gold Membership
- Direct GP email access for non-urgent queries (response within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
Family Membership
Ideal for:
Families wanting convenient and reliable access to GP support – perfect for everyday concerns like coughs, colds, rashes, and reassurance.
Includes:
- Up to 4 named family members
- 12 GP appointments (virtual or face-to-face), shared between the family
- 6 free repeat prescriptions
- Priority booking within 48 hours
