What is included in your first consultation
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 45 minute session priced at £189.
During this dedicated time, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of menopause and perimenopause. If necessary, we can also explore the option of blood tests to help guide a personalised approach to your care, *additional prices will apply for blood tests. This session is designed to provide you with expert advice and a deeper understanding of your journey through menopause and general health.
Comprehensive Medical History Review
Dr. Skeet or Dr. Blackwell will take the time to understand your health history and how it impacts your menopause experience
Lifestyle Choices Discussion
Together, you will explore how your diet, exercise, and daily habits influence your well-being during this phase of life.
Medication and Treatment Advice
Dr. Skeet or Dr Blackwell will provide tailored recommendations on the best treatment options, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal alternatives, based on your individual needs
Symptom Management
Gain expert advice on managing menopause-related symptoms, including hot flushes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and many more.
Ongoing Support
We believe in supporting you throughout your menopause journey, which is why follow-up our 30 minute consultations are part of the process. These sessions allow for regular reviews of your medication, treatment progress, and symptom management. If needed, blood tests will be reviewed to adjust your care plan and ensure you’re on the right path to improved health and well-being
