Occupational Health Physician Recruitment
Working closely with the administration team you will be able to build up a competitive service with the additional support from an experienced team liaising with employers and employees.
- Qualification or equivalent diploma in Occupational medicine and to be registered with the General Medical Council
- Experience working in a similar role
- A good team player who is able to build positive relationships and effective communication skills
- The ability to undertake a variety of services including: Complex management referrals, sickness absent management, health surveillance and medical assessments.
- A physician who can offer specialist medical assessments would be desirable

Patient Administrator/ Receptionist

Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Stonegate Medical Clinic is searching for a dynamic “Patient Coordinator” to support our York practice. In this role, you will provide stellar reception and administrative assistance to both our staff and patients, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Reception: Delivering a polished reception service, warmly welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism. Efficiently handling calls, managing patient bookings, and accurately addressing enquiries while documenting messages. Maintaining a detailed log of incoming calls and queries. Managing payments and ensuring timely referrals to relevant hospitals and departments.
– Administrative Support: Recording patient notes in our online system and managing various documentation. Effectively communicating pertinent notes to other GP services. Maintaining consistency in formatting and document naming for easy retrieval.
– Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current health issues to ensure our website and social media platforms are consistently updated.
– Office Management: Assist with various administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will be polished, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service to every patient, fostering repeat business.
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of providing high-quality administration support, sales, and customer service within a team environment. Supervisor or managerial experience is advantageous.
– Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to showcase relevant experience, achievements, and competencies.
– While healthcare sector experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates should possess an understanding of the Private Healthcare sector and thrive in a professional environment, respecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
– Compensation commensurate with experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous reception or client-facing experience.
– Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
